Ah, Max and Erma's.  They don't have those in Tennessee. :(

ATM on Katie Couric's last Today Show on NBC.  They only used a few lines, but what the heck....it's all good!

I went to get a couple things at the grocery store today and heard White Houses  8O. That's the last V song I'd have imagined I'd hear in a store, lol.

My little friend who is 13, is so cute, she played some vanessa carlton numbers at her school talent show. apparently her act was one of the best, she got 2nd. How cool is that? She got a whole bunch of people afterwards asking her who that was, and does she have a cd. She was basking in the afterglow...lol...
And all the constellations shine down on you and me... and if you don't believe me, just put your hands on me...

I always seem to hear ATM at times when things are crappy... I take it as a sign that even when things suck, they will get better.  Just a couple of examples within the past month:

The day that I put in my two weeks notice at my old job... when my boss was mad at me for quitting and I'd been crying on and off the whole day... ATM comes on.

And just tonight, after a particularly tough survivor group, I went to Bob Evans to get some comfort food... and as I'm doing my group homework, ATM comes on.

It's almost creepy, but I'm glad for it.  It's funny how at peace her music makes me.

Every time I go to this little Greek Diner downtown, I hear a Vanessa song.  It isn't always a single either.  I think they must put mix-tapes on and they really like Vanessa, so she's on a bunch of them...I should ask.

I heard Vanessa's Ordinary Day on the radio when we were driving back home. My father was switching between different radio stations when I heard it and I was like..stop, switch it back, it's Vanessa, I want to hear it  For the first time I heard Vanessa's song in our radio..
