Brazil uses PAL-M.

Ok... most VHS/DVDs in Brazil use NTSC. Over air broadcasts are in PAL-M. Most televisions down there can handle both perfectly.

Or you can just make it $2.00. The nickel doesn't really matter. Just as soon as I receive it, which on PayPal takes seconds, I'll have it sealed, stamped, and ready to send.

By the way, I can send a PAL format if anyone needs it. Let me know! Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and many others need PAL unless you intend to play it in a computer or your multi-region DVD player can handle NTSC VCDs.
