WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY JUST CUT HER OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SONG. That's just wrong.

It'll prolly take me some time to convert the video and edit it, but I'll get it up later in the week.

yep...CBS...was on from 7-9 up here in NYC/Jersey area.

and don't worry Ghisy...I've got some respect to show CBS when I edit the video...sure they will never see it...but maybe Dan can pass along the message :wink: :lol:

Have you guys ever noticed how often they repeat things on the news? From Hurricane Dennis to a missing girl being found to some body exhibit at some museum to two local girls getting injured in London and back again? It's odd and mind boggling. I think I'll go lay down now.

Can you say BORED!?! Wow! I just got off work, haven't seen the first part of the show yet but damn she seems bored playing ATM. I guess if this was my 12 millionth time playing a song I would be too but damn sister!!

She did try to throw a smile in there a few times but yeah...

she played the intro to PYHOM right before the segment, so I thought she may play that one...she didn't.

the interview wasn't all that long, she mentioned the tour w/ Stevie Nicks...about the pressure of creating a softmore album...training for the marathon w/ trainer Mike Gostogen (sp?), she can do TWO chin ups...then she went into Who's To Say.

during the songs, some Fan Facts scrolled across the top, which included: classically trained pianist and ballet dancer, currently touring with Stevie Nicks, recentlye moved into a NEW loft in NYC, fav room is the laundry room, black lab named Maggie, attended Columbia University

I saw the first two Vanessa appearances. There was no time to say HI or anything, because she was rushed on and off, with I believe the floor manager saying "you have 15 seconds to play"(this was when she did her instrumental intro). It was so funny, the studio was cold, and as she walked up to the piano(before it went out live) her bottom lip was shivering. After that, she played WTS as you saw, but as they cut away, she went right back into a quick wrap segment where she played the first verse or so of Ordinary Day. They did it IMMEDIATELY after, so at first she was disoriented. So professional though! I was proud. I think she saw me out on the floor with my gf, but I can't be sure.

The sound in the studio had no reverb coming through any monitor, so it was as pure a performance as could be, and she sounded great! Unfortunately, I couldn't stay for the whole thing, and I missed the end of the show. Did OD air?

i saw the performance. i love the little ad lib she did that made her sound angelic. i missed Ordinary Day (Divide and Conquer), which i kinda like better, and by the time i got a tape for it, it had already gone off.

but i was prepared before she performed 'Thousand Miles'.

I had a tape ready. It was the same tape with her performance of White Houses on Leno. It got taped over a little at the "Maybe you were all faster than me" part, but not too much. However, it never aired.
