Get Active with Vanessa Carlton at the 2005 ING NYC Marathon.
On Sunday, November 6th,Grammy nominated recording artist VANESSA CARLTON will be joining over 30,000 runners to run more than 26 miles in the 2005 ING New York City Marathon.

CARLTON is teaming up with Z100 to raise money and awareness for MUSICIANS ON CALL (MOC), a nonprofit organization that brings live & recorded music to the bedsides of patients. To date, MOC has accomplished this through room-to-room hospital performances by both local musicians and national celebrities like CARLTON, CD Pharmacies and Project Playback.  

Don’t just be one of the 2 million spectators of the marathon, GET ACTIVE and help sponsor her 26 mile journey through New York City by donating money.

Anyone have any idea if Vanessa will be doing any promo or anything in New York between 14th and 19th December?
I'll be over from the UK for that week and it would be too perfect if she was! lol

no...you dont get to run with her...not unless of course you signed up and were chosen to run in the marathon.

what you can do though, is donate to Musicians On Call, and also help sponsor V in the marathon.
