I hope you all have a great day!
You can use this thread to tell the world what presents you got!
But remember the true meaning of christmas also. I've just got back from midnight mass and feel really calm and collected and ready to focus on the message beyond the presents and turkeys; and that is of course Jesus coming into the world so that we ourselves could be saved from sin and death. Whatever you guys believe (I'm sure a lot of you think the 'christmas nativity' is nothing more than a nice story to tell little kids) just keep the day special and spend a moment reflecting on what Christmas really means to you.
I'm sorry if it looks like I'm preaching here! :roll: I just wanted to spread the love as it is CHRISTMAS DAY!! YAY!!

I got a lot of British chocoloates from Nestlé and Cadbury, Green Day's 'Bullet in a Bible' CD/DVD, a couple of shirts, a stemware rack, and a few other things I can't remember right now.

For myself, I got an Anna Nalick CD, a bunch of DVD-Rs.

For my sisters, I got one a Green Day CD and a miniature sewing machine, and for the other a Green Day CD and a scrapbook/art organizer. I got a lot of my family mixed nuts, for which many of them have called me to thank me, and I got several candles, and DVDs and stuff. The rest of the stuff hasn't come in yet.

I got cologne from my dad and I'll have some money from my aunt and grandma.

I had an good christmas day, it's almost over tho!

I opened my secret santa this morning, I got socks with my name on them (pure coincedence that they had my name on them, they weren't especially made for me or anything), I also got a little santa pen and some stuff for my new bed I bought myself. After that I went to work from 8-2 which kinda sucked, not spending the day with my family.

After work I came straight home and opened all my pressies, I got a bottle of amarula, a snakes and ladders drinking game and a drink mixing book from my sister, from my parents I got a trip to the lake house at Lake Rotoma, staying on the lake front in a 5 bedroom, two kitchen house for 5 days and also a new suitcase set to take with me.

I will be getting the rest of my christmas gifts tomorrow when I see my family at the lake house, along with all my birthday presents from them too, haha, I'm gonna be drowned in gifts!

Anyways, have a merry christmas everyone and I'll be back on here next year!! May 2006 bring many happy memories, just like 2005 has

Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah to our jewish friends.

Christmas was great. Got nice gifts, ate delicious foods.

gift wise i got clothing, 5 dvds, 3 cds, a portable dvd player, some money, and nearly $300 in Suncoast/Best Buy/Barnes & Noble/Visa/Wallmart gift cards

it's good to hear that you were able to spend the holiday at home. hope youre feeling better.

I have a friend who's been sick for the last two years and been in and out of the hospital a lot over the last few weeks, but thankfully he was doing a little better this weekend and was home as well.

I have a friend who has been in hospital with abdominal pains recently too. He just got back from his honeymoon in Thailand so they think it's some kind of tropical virus he picked up
