yup. it's definitely changed (for right now, anyway.. who knows what they'll do with it.) that's how she was recording it last month.

i think "on you and me" flows better, personally.

I think they may have changed it for it's alliteration.  It may be more catchy with the "s" sound.  :?:

ok i emailed it to you, so check your email.

and i think they changed it cause....

"and if you dont believe me, just put your hands on me
and all the constellations, shine down on you and me
and if you dont believe me, just put your hands on me"

too many "me"'s

...just a guess, but i think thats probally why the lyrics were changed.

I didn't like it at first, but it grew on me...

And all the constellations, shine down on you and me...

I saw Stevie Nicks and V was the opening act. She sung the "for us to see" version, and I liked it better than the original.

I reckon she should use both versions, and alternate between choruses.

It's a minor change, and the meaning stays the same, so I don't think it is a big deal. I can't wait to hear the studio version, no matter what lyrics she sings.
"Music produces a kind of pleasure that human nature cannot do without."
-CONFUCIUS

"It is hard. You have to fight for who you are everyday" -VANESSA CARLTON

I don't know if anyone's been paying attention, but she's also been singing a hybrid version of the lyrics to "Ordinary Day" lately.  On the Exit/In version, she sings the bridge from 'Be not Nobody', but the chorus is the "Divide and Conquer" version.
