Someone over in the Uk sampled a beethoven "two-part invention" (correct me if i'm wrong) just cant seem to remember her name!!! aaaarrgh


EDIT: just remembered her name, its Jem and the song is called "i'm sorry"

I'm not saying she has to use those people. I'm just putting the idea out there... a good heavy hitter musically wise would really do well for nessa. how about someone like john mayer or jason mraz? its really just the idea of a remix or something like that, not necessarily a cover.

i just like the idea of a single with some real collaboration. i dont count her boyfriend singing backup as collaborating...

Ooooh... could be very nice!

I reckon she should be a part of MTV icon! Doing a cover of a well known artist/band (don't know who, obviously) at a show like that would be great exposure and so much fun for her too.

afi would be freakin' awesome, but i really don't see nessa doing that...

realistically though, i think something towards a real duet or something would go really well. if she did something with afi, she could show off her emo-erratic side, like if she did something along the lines of "wonder" or even "swindler"...

imagine the guy from afi hitting those crazy notes with nessa on "wonder"...omfg...hotness...

but really, i just think that nessa needs to think about doing something that will discretely promote her album, like doing a duet with a really popualr band/artist. whoever is her choice, whatever is her choice, and if it sounds good, well, of course it will sound good, its freakin' nessa we are disscussing here...

Since I'm a big fan of Alicia Keys', I agree. I would love for Van to cover Alicia's 'Dragon Days', since the lyrics are more in Vanessa's league. Moreover, it's one of the few songs on her second album that Alicia Keys wrote by herself.
