Where is Nessa?

Where did Vanessa Carlton go?  I watched her in concert in London and Wolverhampton in Feb 2003 and bought all her music, but where did she go now?  Is there a new album on the way, will she EVER come to England again?

hey, she's recording her third album as we speak :) it's nearly finished and should be out next spring.

have you got "hramonium"? that's a brilliant album. you'd love it.

also, there have been reports that rap star Irv Gotti wants Vanessa on his label, and Vanessa posted "there are a group of people who are supporting this album...you'll all be suprised"

nothing has been confirmed yet

so far, we've heard live versions of:

this time
the one
all is well
put your hands on me
best behaviour

and "spring street" and "wave goodbye" are two track names that'll appear on the album along with those songs i just mentioned

She is currently finishing up her next album, which will apparently come out in Spring '07

maybe you should read some of her recent official posts.

Hey, thanks for that..

Yeah i got Harmonium, i was just checking in to make sure she is going to release more.. i'm getting withdrawal symptons, i reckon she should put Twilight in an album again.

I have had a look on the net today, heard most of the songs you mentioned.  I like the sound of who's to say.

Do you have an English accent?!  You say I reckon....that was sooo cute, I never hear anyone in America say that!  Like 'I reckon I should do this or that...'  It's cute....sorry that was a bit random, but I loved it.

I had no idea that was "cute", hehe. We say it a lot where I am.

Ahh Thanks Guys,

I do have an English accent, even though it's not called cute all that often.  I have been reading the forum, it's used so much more than the other board, they should ask Nessa to post here from now on.  I reckon that would be cool!!

You guy's are absolutely hilarious.  I'll need to get on here more often.  I also need to set my time zone correctly, it's 10am, not the middle of the night!!

On a separate subject... don't you just love Superhero... Why has it not been on a album?  It's got potential in the main stream, it's all good us lot hearing it, but everybody should know about Nessa.

nah, i only really got into vanessa back in 2004 when i was learning to play the piano.

i'd love to go and see her on tour though *nods* from the audio, it sounds like she puts on a good show.
