Same here...I saw about 2 scenes from the movie & it was horrible.  Don't waste your time.

I used to have the album & liked a few songs, but for the most part I just wanted the old Mariah back.   :(

I have the same opinion. I like her songs before The Emancipation of Mimi (ridiculous name!!). Her best cd, in my opinion, is Daydream.

That's a good choice since it's greatest hits...I've had that cd twice - the first time I broke it & the second time it got stolen.  Man, it just wasn't meant to be.   :?

Oh come on! That movie was not as bad as everyone said. I love it! The whole alcoholic mother, social services, growing up in the group home, following her dreams. It's a great story. I will even admit that I cry. The only thing I can't stand is Mariah's eyebrows. Why did someone not tell her they were f'd up big time!!

Seeing Tia Texada as "Roxy" instead of bad ass "Sgt. Cruz" from "Third Watch" priceless.

hey i'm not cheating! the #1s cd came out in the 90s.. way before her new stuff. I like her older material WAY more. Not to say I don't like some of the new, but I wouldn't like the new #1s cd as much as the old... because I don't like some of the new #1s. making sense?
