Well she even said in the interview that this is the album where she will either make her impression as an artist or she won't, so I found it encouraging that she realizes how important this album being successful is to her career.

Hmmm, I don't know about the song, it sounds really poppish for Vanessa but I think I need to hear the full thing to really appreciate it.
From that excerpt I heard on TRL, it sounds catchy.
Can't wait for next week!!!!  :D

I hate Suchin Pak.

I was sitting in my car waiting to meet Let and my brother let me listen to it on the phone.  The second she said the thing about the guitar girl, my teeth started gnashing.  It's not bad enough that we had to deal with all that confusion 2 and a half years ago, we have to do it now too?!?!?!?

WTF mate?

Aside from that, when Let showed me the clip on her digicam, all I could do was goo "AWWWWWWWW....she's so pretty!!!!!!!!!!  AWWWWWWWWWWWW.....she's dancing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  AWWWWWWWWWWW.....new song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"  Then I kinda got lost in all of the Alanis excitement.  hahaha

eeeee! Jen e-mailed me last night! here it is:

Amanda-

I just read a story about her last week, but I didn't have your e-mail!  

She is filming the video for White Houses (she pulls out the ballet slippers for the video, too!).  I haven't gotten the single yet, but if they say the single should be released on the 5th, that means I should get it that day or shortly thereafter.  I THINK they said the album comes out October 22nd?  Is that right?  I remember the 22nd for some reason, and it falls on a Tuesday in October.  That's all I know!  E-mail me on the 5th, and I'll let you know if I have it (and I'll play it just for you on the New Music Preview!!!)
