So just tell him you had such a wonderfull night and you'd like to go out with him again..., don't call it a date (the word might scare him, or make him feel insecure at the actual date)..., make sure it's just you two..., no other friends..., just have fun..., no expectations and at the end of the night you could ask him how he feels about you.
Or..., find out what kind of music he likes, look for a forum he posts on..., he's probably writing the exact same word as you do...
