It's not my board... it's theirs and they have every right to run it however way they feel and we ultimately have no right to complain.

I don't feel this way. I'd personally like to hear complaints if they are put reasonably and respectfully. I don't consider it my board and I'm pretty sure none of the other mods do. It's a board for Vanessa Carlton fans and your input is more than welcome as far as I'm concerned.

I'd love to, but to avoid any controversy (as some feelings may get hurt) I'd rather keep it this way for now.  I think you can agree that whatever I've said here, whether you agree or disagree with me, has been reasonable and respectful, but I don't feel comfortable posting it openly... at least not right now.

What a sad shock of reality everyone is in for if people are afraid of stating their opinions because of whose feelings might get hurt...

The fact of the matter is.. that this place was created to NOT be like the "O-Board"  this place was created to BE DIFFERENT.  It was created to be some resemblance of order, and frankly shut some of you up.  Members of the O-Board, you can not simply come here when the O-board is down and expect it to operate in the same manner, and expect all of the NH.com rules to not apply. Personally I am bugged my the leniency that is being shown right now.. your chat threads are annoying, get a damn messenger.  Your shout outs and appreciation threads are annoying and petty... if you need to boost your own egos go join a live journal group.

If it is one thing that has become VERY apparent in the last few days, it is that the NH.com community is, by far, the more mature community.  If you don't see this, or want to throw a tantrum about it, it shows why you don't belong...  We exist very well and very peacefully and honsetly, the only crap tyhat comes up is usually cause by an O-boarder... and most who come here and stay find it much much better...  

So Katia and the rest of the mod crew.. stop this stupid leniency, crack down on the crap... get us back to what we are all here for and get rid of the stuff we all left behind for a reason...

Ummm I saw one of my posts in there. And that was the post about THE SITE BEING DOWN, NOT THE BOARD. I did not intend to have disscusion about the board mainly, just the site itself. Which I possed a good discussion.

The thread was locked because the mod squad decided to make a stick with all the fulloshit board posts in there. So since people started talking mainly about the board in my post it was locked. So ha!
