according to Melissa's (from the new orleans RW) they don't get paid, just what they win from the missions. they also don't get paid for being on RW or RR, and i guess a lot of people that have won stuff from the missions have had a hard time actually getting them - i know on Colin's website after the Battle of the Sexes had finished showing he still hadn't gotten some of his stuff - and one of the prizes, a bike or something, wasn't even manufactured anymore :-P
