but I think its better to lose it slowly right? coz if you lose it fast it can come back quicker

Ive gone off food :?
So basically all i have now is Coke and a sanwich durning the day and dinner at night.

Aww i love cheese so much but last night I left a piece out over night and it all dried up and was lathered with watery fat :x

I am about 50 kg

Sadly I've gained weight. I can't help it.

Since I got a job at a Dairy Queen/Orange Julius I eat like everything there :lol:
I will never stop because I love soft serve ice cream not to mention other things.... :razz:

but with practice hopefully I'll lose some weight again.
