Well Vanessa was performing white houses but since there wasn't much buzz around her, she only got about 2 mins of airplay on her song. My friend said that whenever they cut to commercial she yelled out sarcastically " Well I guess I'm not finishing that song!" and got up from the piano and stormed off. She wasn't very polite to the crew and hasn't been asked back since. So i guess they decided to give her another try even though my friend is still skeptical about her attitude

Yeah, that would've been the professional thing to do on their part. Artists sometimes condense and shortern their songs when they perform them live for radio broadcasts or on tv due to time limits imposed on them, but they should've been upfront with her with about the alloted time she was given and maybe she could've tried to condense the song as much as possible.

I don't blame her though, it must have been frusterating.

It would be great if she did one of those Yahoo! Nissan Live Sets since its here in LA, that would be great to see her all over Yahoo! like other people (Foo Fighters, Avril Lavigne).

And as to what happened, I'm all for Vanessa. I would have been really upset by that especially when just cutting to commercials. Anyone in that situation would have been upset.

Vanessa was in Cosmogirl! I got mine today with the cover of Blake Lively from the new Gossip Girl show. Vanessa has one page with a big picture of her and she talks about what some of her songs mean. I think they are Nolita Fairytale, Fools Like Me, Home, The One, and Heroes and Thieves.
