It may be, because it says THIS CD HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED, so it's not a pre-order.  :?  But it's from UK and there meant to get it 22nd of October, how would they have a copy before US.

Well on America's amazon there is an H&T album coming out on the 22nd, which says it is Imported

The Japanese version is supposed to be out on the 9th or 10th.
Maybe Amazon will only be getting it around the 22nd?

I'm confused now... From somewhere on this forum [that confirmed Oct 9th] said that Jap was getting it 22nd then they said Jap was 9th and UK was 22nd. Now this whole things muddled up and i have no idea... On wiki it says 22nd for UK as well. But then again Wiki is usally bullshit.

Yeah we're getting it on the 9th aswell, I'm not sure if it's being officially released but it's on amazon.co.uk without [IMPORT] on it

That is the UK version. If you check out the product numbers with the UK site you will find it's the same. The Japanese one is different but it seems nobody is carrying the Japanese one now.
