Did he seriously? That's really funny.

And I meant "now", not "know", by the way.

And I don't think that this video should have been any more "dramatic", per say - love is not really an insanely dramatic thing, is it? Or at least to the people that aren't involved. I think they found a way to make this video apply to -everyone- and give meaning to -everyone- instead of sensationalizing it like they could have done.

in terms of the sexuality shown... i don't really understand the reaction to vanessa's videos. yeah, so pretty baby had bondage, white houses talks about losing your virginity, hands on me has her wearing a garter belt.

i don't really understand how you can compare that, with lyrics (and videos, etc that support them) like this..

there are more examples. this is the first i found. i don't know if this is a single, or something they put on tv, but everytime you look at mtv or some music channel, all you see are asses and tits, and you hear people talking about sex.

personally, i don't really give a shit. i don't watch, i don't really listen.. but when you ban something that an artist that i love has created, in favor of complete smut, it makes me angry.

Were allowed to play videos on the computer in health, I would play hands on me but they would A) just change the song or B) get in trouble for playing a video where a girls skirt is taken off (as if they haven't seen worse)

I think people are starting to use common sense!
The video, although has a slow start, is a really good one. I think the lingerie she's wearing is extremely classy. Though I'm not totally sure why he's taking off the skirt and how it adds to the video, not the song, I'm sure she'll explain it sooner or later.

And you can't forget the song. It's amazingly thoughtful, and the lyrics...they're not direct.
You have to really look into them.

it's so depressing isn't it? it's like they're scared of sex to do with love and real lives, but if it's like a porn film it's ok? it's weird. And you either have to go all out and take your clothes off in every video and always talk about sex, but if you're like vanessa and you don't do that then when she does it's like...get back in your box young lady.
