i think a spirit appeared in one of my pictures

me & my friends went out dancing last night & after we were done we went up to the 2nd floor of the building & took some pics up there. & in one of the pics, a ghostly looking thing appears & is kind of wrapping around my friend on the very left (i'm in the red shirt btw).
 
i used a digital camera, & some said it might be cigarette smoke, others say it's a spirit or guardian angel. it looks like the 2nd choice to me. i don't even remember smelling smoke last night & i don't think the guy that took the picture was smoking. also this is at a Casino, which used to be an old indian reservation.

someone said if it is a spirit, it looks like it's making some kind of old fashion dress or something & that was before i mentioned that we were at a place that used to be an old indian reservation.

Cameras sometimes morph 2 pix together. What was the picture before and after that one? It could be a spirit, I can see where a head would be. But where were you [state] cause if u were in ca its illegal to smoke inside a public facility.

i don't understand how this would be the result of 2 pix morphing together. i was in California, in the inland empire/so cal. i don't think it's illegal to smoke at the place we were at (Pechanga), but like i said, i don't even remember smelling smoke last night when we took those.

Coulda been a ghost, I'd believe it. Thats really cool. My dad's restaurant has a ghost [the owner who was murdered].

That happens to me when i take pictures with my camera at night, and there're bright lights around. Don't know why though, probably cos of my dodgy camera.

Lighting could be a factor. But I'm never one to oppose the idea of a guardian angel. Whether or not that's what it is. it's nice to have hope. Either way it looks cool.

I saw something like that in my house when I was a kid shortly after my great grandfather died. Naturally, I freaked out and ran off in the opposite direction.

It could just be some environmental or electronic reason for what happened, but it looks cool at any rate.

My theory on this one is as simple as a dirty lens combined with re reduction
and ambient light such that the refraction caused, showed up as it has in the
resulting image. A slower shutter speed would have also contributed to it  :idea:

It's very hard to say. It seems that so many "ghost in a picture!" is easily photoshopped now a days, but I don't think you or anyone photoshopped it.

It could be a  ghost, or a dirty lense? perhaps smoke but I am leaning torwards ghost if the lens were not dirty, no smoke in the area, and not photoshopped.  

If it's a ghost, that's awesome tho! I'm a huge believer in ghosts but I am totally iffy about pictures online or EVPs, I wish people that say oh there's a ghost in the picture but it's really not a ghost can stop putting them on the net. :l

you should send this to one of those ghost shows or something. that would be cool. they like do an analysis of the picture or whatever.
