 I feel the same way when I find out people whose work I enjoy are scientologists. Like Giovanni Ribisci. I know their beliefs are none of my biz but I'm still like, wtf?

Broiling is a type of cooking method where you put a piece of food close to a heat source where the temperature is in the high upper range of an oven's temperature capabilities; at about around 500 degrees F or higher.  In electric ovens it's usually just the upper heating element and people move the oven rack close to that to accomplish broiling, where in gas ovens, in my experience, there is a lower chamber under the normal oven area that is close to the flames where people put food to accomplish broiling.

A pita is a type of bread or a type of sandwich which uses that type of bread, which is traditionally stuffed with a lamb and other ingredients, supposively with greek roots.
