why would you put it on youtube if you didn't know where it came from?
it's simply a small clip from the harmonium dvd bonus videos that was put on loop over and over again for no reason. it's vanessa working on Annie. that's it.

I was just having a look through Instagram and it looks like Vanessa accompanied Deertick yesterday at the Gothic Theatre. I'll try and upload some of the pics, if you like, there's not many but she looks really nice, she's got black jeans and a sweater and a gold necklace, really simple but good.

Tracy Anderson is nuts. Her workouts/eating plan is pretty much not sustainable long term and the skinniest celebrities go to her. She's usually the go to trainer for people with eating disorders. With V's weight fluctuations and history of ballet, I really hope she doesn't get too crazy. She has looked great in her latest photos.
