It's amazing too me that this hasn't been mentioned ANYWHERE on her Myspace, Official site, Twitter...nothin'.  I mean if I was a fan near by I'd be hesitant to buy tickets if I haven't heard/read that it was official from camp vanessa or vanessa herself.

Even that she's singing songs by The Who, maybe she'll sing at least one new song, who knows? If the rumors are true and the new album is coming out March/April, she could use this show to present the new single or something...

I'm pretty sure ONLY The Who songs will be played at this event...nothing original from the artists playing them.....Whats up with all these tributes? First The Beatles(which V backed out of) and now The Who? Hmm......

I want to go, but I'm hesitant to buy tickets since it's not confirmed. And it's expensive. How about some free tickets send down from the management gods?  ;D

Here is the answer of a YouTube user who went to the Carnegie Hall last night :(

Quote
hi ... I don't recall anyone named Vanessa Carlton from last night ... and don't see her on the artist list. Sorry, didn't get the Choir that performed at the start of the show unfortunately.

I sure hope that person's memory is fucked, because if Vanessa cancelled (again) without telling the fans, that's a pretty shitty thing to do and it's not gonna make many fans want to go see her for a) fear of being cancelled on, and b) pulling crappy stunts like this.

So again, I really hope that person's memory is playing tricks on them.
