There are two things that Vanessa is secretly good at - humming and Na Na Na - ing.

Love it.

Love the Dandelion fields bit! Very akin to 'Kings under Lavender skies' from Bride.

But thank you sarab for the recording and Andrew as always the appreciation toward your efforts on decoding lyrics goes without saying... But lemme just say it -THANK YOU! :D

Haha! ( NA na na -ing) Definitely. I love the nature references too (the dandelions, for example and moonlight.)

Epiphany: The line about the sorcery although all sexy and metaphorically magical and purely a Vanessa inspired thingamajiggy word... I think it's "above the suffering"?

Though why would she be bothered about the Dandelion fields and the suffering or the sorcery for that matter?

I love this song! I definitely get a Beatles vibe from this song, too. Makes me want to run around in a field of dandelions.  :)

lol, we all don't have to agree I guess.  I also would like piano on the song.  and more violins rather than guitar.

I don't see how anyone can hate this song! Even without any piano, I really like it!   ;D
I would like some piano in the studio version though, but I do like the guitar.

i really disliked it too, at first.

like the other song written on guitar, i thought it was too simplistic, melody too repetitive, and in my opinion "get good" didn't have the same charm "bride" did. and it's not the same instantaneous

then i had an awful day. then i really felt the comfort value of "get good" and it's been getting better ever since...

i dunno, it grows.

I definitely think that this is one of the growers. But the melody and the humming/na-na-na part is indeed beautiful.
