What happened:
Matt Spaid came on the boards yesterday asking around for Michelle, so she logged in to answer him. Maybe someone else told her he had showed up. Actually, this happened once before, like 2 years ago. Matt needs to get her number!
Once she was logged in, I believe she started poking around more. She found the "Pictures from the AMAs in here" thread, which had spiralled into about 4 pages of people insulting her appearance. Personally? The top was a bit ugly. But others started going on about how she was fat, and she did not like it one bit.
So she posted a oh-so-subtle hint about the boards being closed, and about how some people suck, and like a general frustrated post. I mean, they were calling her fat and stuff. She mentioned her pregnancy as well.
So then there was about two pages of responses (probably more, I went to sleep at 1:45am, and it certainly continued past that). Some people (you can guess, probably) just made fun some more, or, like me, posted somewhat ranty (okay, full out rant) posts, others just insulted her further because they are hilarious (you can guess, probably), and others attemped to suck up, and looked pathetic (you can guess, probably).
So she later posted a LONG rant about not feeling like further funding a forum for "fans" to use her "fashion" as insult fodder. (Haha.)
And then she went on about being upset about a bunch of things, said some stuff about her personal life that yeah, definitely would have been deleted... It was sort of the usual "Michelle speaking her mind" thing.
Not that I agree with her or whatever, and not that I don't think the stupid shirt was ugly, but this is definitely a bunch of stress and things coming together into one large action.
And you know what? It's not the biggest deal ever.
Although, to be honest, I was really pleased with her comments on the OTH tour.

Basically she got angry and upset with the amount of negativity on her boards and decided to shut them down. But the post from her explaining why has been deleted, and they are now refusing to circulate it.
