The Friggin Official VCMB down/up/down thread... !!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS THE PROBLEM.  NO, you can NOT have the same conversations that you had over on the VCMB on NHMB.  Well, you can, but not in the same pretext as you once did.  All of us NHMB members are very pleased that you brought it upon yourselves to come and inhabit this board.  We love to have every member that we can, so that we can have a decent conversation and many different views.  The problem is, YOU PEOPLE HAD COMPLETE RUN OF THE VCMB.  You did what you wanted, when you wanted.  THAT IS NOT HOW THIS BOARD WORKS.

The VCMB is very much like a chat.  This, is a message board.  We do NOT post 1000 times that the Fullerene boards are down here.  We post it once, and then we wait for a reply.  If you do not have anything meaningful to say, DO NOT POST.  Contrary to VCMB members' beliefs, IT IS NOT REQUIRED THAT YOU POST ON EVERY SINGLE TOPIC.  And it is not required that you start at least three new topics every day.

Before Fullerfuck went off it's rocker, this was a peaceful place with meaningful topics about Vanessa Carlton, our lives, etc. etc.  It has since become a place to post meaningless nonsense that has no place here.  

It is really simple to keep from posting the same thing twice.  We call it "search".  http://forum.nessaholics.com/search.php .  It's an interesting concept, you guys should try it some time.  

In closing, I would REALLY, REALLY, REALLY press you to read two simple posts.

I just thought it was different styles of boards, much like the different styles of two opposing basketball teams, one focusing on defense and another on offense.

I figure both boards are good and have their own things to offer people.

I wonder if people are upset that I came over here from the other board because it was down. I'm sad that some people don't like us official board hanger outers over here. I'm just wondering...if I am annoying and/or get annoying could someone please tell me and I'll leave so no one gets upset.

I have never said I didn't like people coming from the o-board.  I love it when we get more members.  

What I DON'T like is the few who come over here and act like this IS the o-board, and they can do what they like.  As limey said, read the rules and FAQ, and follow them.  That's all I ask.
