my course of study is pretty strange, i guess. my subjects are history and english, including cultural studies, linguistics and literature, as majors and educational studies as a minor.

anthropology is kind of an adjacent field to history... :D

ooo, I love linguistics!  Anthro and history fo pretty much hand in hand, Michael Crichton wrote a book called Timeline that combines the two, it was very good.  Where are you from?

Oh, I see.  I'm from Norwich NY, about 4 hours out of New York City.  It's a frozen wasteland right now, but NY isn't that bad.  Where in the US do you want to go?

i'm not quiet sure yet - depends on the colleges. nyc area, or way further south like florida or la/southern california...

sorry that it takes so much time for me to reply, but i'm just doing my linguistics assignments (do you know why 'tall' is central to the word class of adjectives?), and preparing my french final. :?
