Las Ketchup

Yep, you read correctly.... Las Ketchup!  Any guesses as to what their current hit is?

"The Ketchup Song!"

I've heard this play on KIIS-FM Los Angeles since Thursday night of last week.  Has anyone else heard it, and if so, what do you think of it?

Nooooooooooo!!!  I first heard this song while talking on the phone with Let the other day.  She was listening to it on the radio and played it for me.  I couldn't hear it that well, but I knew it sounded ridiculous so I immediately went online and looked it up and found their website.  Don't ask me why I wanted to find it when I thought it sounded ridiculous, curiosity killed the Wonkies I guess.  I watched video.  Beautiful girls but damn that song is dumb!  It's along the lines of the Macarena!  Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!  Society crumbles as I type this.  That little hint of life that was left in my cold dying heart fades away into oblivion.  Nooooooooooooooooooo!!!

Sorry to fans of that stuff, but I just don't like it.  hehe.   :P

lol...

Well I was listening to JoJo on the radio tonight... a lot of people called in for it (voting for the top 9), but surprisingly it didn't make it!  haha

Actually I thought it was quite an amusing song... more funny than anything.  My brother, on the other hand, is just crazy about that song!  He keeps singing it all the time!  hahahaha

I actually went to the Las Ketchup website too, and out of curiosity, I looked through the Mediabase 24/7 playlists at random... and apparently one station in Houston, TX played it 44 times last week (compared to KIIS at 9 times!)

So... like it or not, it looks like Ketchup is here to stay!!!  lmao :)

Ketchup is "ketching" on!  It was actually played on the Rick Dees Weekly Top 40 last weekend, and I noticed on Mediabase 24/7 that on one station there, it was the 5th most played song last week!

The song, as far as I can tell (as half of it's in spanish) has nothing to do with Ketchup at all. It's about this guy who dances and sings, I think. I am willing to be proved wrong by any spanish people, or those who know spanish on the boards however.
