im 12ish stone and im 6'1"

that converts to 168lbs

currently on a big weight gain exercise 4-5meals a day careatine twice a day. gym 3times min a week.

aiming to bench 100kg (220lbs) in a month and a target of 3 stone to put on (or 42lbs) benching 80kg now (172lbs).

ive put on half a stone since i started to do this. its a lot harder to put on weight than i thought.

I'm 5'8" and weigh 120-ish. I'm rather thin. But that's OK. Anyone want to join the 26" waist club? But I don't starve myself...quite the contrary. I have to eat 3000 calories a day in order to not lose weight.
