Yeah,....well the mods werent flippin, it was only Si and Rosie and they are nice girls so i dont see why, anyways yeah, name threads will never stay...good luck getting those papers

Nobody was flipping. Si and Rosie were both right.

The fact of the matter is that the thread you made was only for one person. The exact same purpose would have been served with a PM. You're right, if it was titled and worded like this thread, then it wouldn't have been locked. You may have meant it to be a question for everyone, but there was no indication that this was the case. The rules have to be applied generally and so it was locked.

The lock is nothing personal. It's just to keep this place free of chat threads (one on one).

lol....Lizzie is smart enough she just doesnt really pay attention to what the rules are persay....and she isnt really a big message board user either...im sure she is smart enough, i just didnt want her feeling stupid because she isnt you know? im hopin that makes sense

me and my roomate used a big fishtank and made a cactus farm....i think we have about 8 cacti :mrgreen: they are great, minimal care...the lazy plant owners best friend

yeah its not cactusses...multiple cactus = cacti

I explained it to her, why it would get locked (again...) and if she doesn't want to learn from the first two times, that is not my fault

It does not really matter if you're a big ''board user'' I think.
You just have to follow the rules they made for this board....no?

PS, I am a lazy plant owner, that is why I love cacti
