My first thoguht is to say Katia doesn't think she does.. she KNOWS she does... ;)

But, in all seriousness... while some titles may be silly... Admin = short for Administrator = very real and true title.

She does a lot around here...  

All that aside,  you shoudl get to know her... she's great...
