that is called an avatar.  If you go into your profile (Profile link at the top) and scroll down to avatar.  You just put the URL in for a jpg or something that you want over on the left as your picture.

If you need someone to host a picture, let us know as well.

If you want it to appear at the bottom of every post, then add it to the signature section of your profile (see profile link at the top).
