Double Dare
« on: October 17, 2003, 08:38:08 pm »
(including Family Double Dare and Super-Sloppy Double Dare)

Soo yeah.. How can we not have this?
It's like my all-time favorite show!
I always wanted to be on it.
ALWAYS.

Dare... double dare... PHYSICAL CHALLENGE..

The obstacle course!
with such fine obstacles as
pick it
the ant farm
the bird cage
the gumball machine
the monkey bars

I can't remember so many right now.. MORE to come!

the mouth where you open the lips and slide down the tongue with gook on it.   i remember Pick it, sooo gross!
It is a crime to kill a neighbor, and an act of heroism to kill an enemy.  But who is an enemy and who is a neighbor is purely a matter of social definition.  - E.R. Leach

Oh yeah!!
and the slide with the ice cream!

and.. that rolling thing.. the big blue cushiony-roller thing, and then, you go through that and slide down the slide with the gak!

and the soda pump!

The long container of balls they had to jump in and go through to the other side..

Hmmm. what else?

Oh yeah.. this is not obstacle course but physical challenge.. they always had the one were they fill up the jugs and then send them to the other side, and they  have to fill the container to the red line. Good times!

Me too! All the old Nick shows were awesome! Salute Your Shorts, Hey Dude, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Rocko's Modern Life, etc. etc. All That used to be funny, too..."This is vital information for your everyday life..."

when I went to Universal Studies like two/three years ago, they had this double dare thing there, and me and my family were in it, and we didnt' get slimed but my little brother did, it was really awesome.

omg, the orginal 'All that'! I LOVED it! Especially Marybeth, she was my favorite. It's acually not that bad anymore, it went through a phase where it really sucked, but the girl i babysit likes to watch it. Haha, I had a strange liking of Rocko's Modern Life, even though it's kind of disgusting. Same with Ren and Stimpy. I believe there's an entire thread dedicated to all of the old school Nickelodeon shows floating around here somewhere...

The old Nick shows were the best, does anyone remember when "Stick Stickly" would host shows during the summer?

he was a funny little stick, with his cheap eyes and stuff it was great.

Hey Dude, Salute Your Shorts, Are you Afraid of the Dark....my fave's!

Stick Stickly! "New York City, New York State, 10108" HAHA! My sister hated him. Clarissa was cool. I always wanted a friend like Sam that would come in my window. Too bad I only have a one story house.
