This sucks.  Let me place the scenario in your petty little minds...

Registration here at the wonderful Georgia Southern University is done over the internet on a system we call WINGS.  WINGS is an acronym for something (can't remember--but the GS is of course Georgia Southern).  It's really cool too since of course our nickname is the Eagles and we register on WINGS.

Anyway, to register you have to have a RAN (Random Activation Number).  To get this RAN number, you have to be advised.

Now, the stupid part.

For the past year Todd's been advised by the Academic Advisement Center because I had less than 30 hours.  Well now that I have 33 hours and a 2.5 or higher GPA, my file was moved to another building.  Does Todd get this knowledge?  Nope.

Well Todd sets up an appointment with the Academic Advisement Center on Monday to be advised because he opens for registration Thursday @ 3:00 am.  3 days notice--plenty of time when it only takes 15 minutes to be advised.  He gets there Monday and only then do I learn that THEY DON'T HAVE MY FUCKING FILE--the Communications Department does.

So Todd goes to the Comm Department--3 days, plenty of time--to get advised.  Well he gets his advisors name and goes to his office.  Not there.  Looks at his office hours.  Comes back.  Not there.

Tuesday rolls around--2 days, plenty of time.  Goes to his office.  Not there.  Looks at his office hours.  Comes back.  Not there.  Gets his advisors phone number, leaves a message asking him to return my call.  Todd gets no such phone call.

Wednesday rolls around--1 day left, now we're worried.  After all, I'm supposed to be registering at 3:00 tonight.  Goes to his office.  Not there.  Checks office hours.  Not there.

I CAN'T FIND MY FUCKING ADVISOR.

Not nearly far enough from Athens.  Faggots.  People from UGA think they're something special and that anyone who doesn't go there don't only because they're not as smart as they are.  Ok, Todd got accepted to UGA, Georgia Southern, University of Florida, AND Louisiana Tech.  Todd chose Georgia Southern--so take your stuck up self back to Athens and notice you only have one national championship to our six sucka.

That disorganization sounds like my school. We register on this thing called PAWS (Panther Account Web System or something like that) and it blows. Half the time something is wrong and your schedule gets f'ed up lol.

As for the advisor thing, hopefully you can track them down sometime today. I would just keep calling and calling and calling. And if you don't get to track them down, raise hell  :evil:  :evil:  :evil:.
