i wore a dress that was above the knee that was white and lacy. the top was very fitting like a corset, but the bottom was poofy and had levels of ruffles. it was very 80's and very cute. then i had white lace gloves with the fingers cut off and wore white keds. my hair was teased SO much, lol, it was high. and i wore LOTS of blue eye shadow and pink lip gloss.
i dont dress like this every day... lol, but tonight was the father/daughter dance at my school and seniors were sposed to dress 80's (frosh were 20's, sophs were 40's and juniors were 60's). it was SOOO much fun. i know some of you may thing girls dancing with their dad's is lame... but it was actually alot of fun! i go to an all girls school, and it's an annual thing. my school has a very free, supportive atmosphere, so we can just be ourselves and have fun. they played alot of songs, everything from swing, to great ball of fire, to lumidee, to billy jean, to girls just wanna have fun, to moulan rouge. lol, i was going crazy... good times!
the 80s must have been fun times... the style was a lil over the top (but still fun!) but the music rocked!! i love 80's music!!
