"I'm an emotional person. The other day, I woke up crying in San Francisco, where I've been working on my album (which should be out this spring). I was freaking out that I'm releasing this album taht's so raw, such a step inside of me. At the end of my little cry-OK, big cry-I sat down at the piano and wrote two songs. They were inspired by a walk I took through a blizzard recently. Most days, you just go through the motions, but that day, I was like 'I am a human being with cold toes and a warm heart.' One of those songs, 'White Houses' could be a single. I probably need to go on walks more often!"
