Are you open to new artist's?
« on: February 06, 2004, 05:15:09 pm »
I was just wondering who of you guys are open to new artist's.. besides Vanessa and some of your other favorites..

I am getting into Joss Stone, and Josh Groban.. just today actually that I listened to some of their stuff. I am turning into a fan of each quickly. And you all know I <3 Deltz.

So, are you guys open to new artist's? and if so who are some new one's you have discovered lately, and if you like to play it safe and stick to just your favorites- why?

I am very open to new artists.

especially Eva, the band/group Katia posted about.

I really like their music, and I like hearing new songs and "tunes"

I'm constantly looking to expand my musical horizons, and quite honestly there are times when I just get bored of the music I listen to and desperately need a change.

Hmmm. I just fell in love with Yeah Yeah Yeahs' song "Maps".. soo I'm definitely going to check them out. Other bands I am currently checking out: Denali, The (International) Noise Conspiracy, Anatomy of a Ghost, The Postal Service, My Chemical Romance, andd A Static Lullaby.

I love discovering new music then thinking wow.. how did I survive without this band/artist!?

yes.... did I not download Raspy & CoF?

Best new "new artist" in my opinion is Ben Jelen. He's got talent.

I'm in love with The Format. their music is just so good and mellow. I'm getting in to A Small Victory as well.
