Just wondering what you think it should be?

When you're 18 you can vote, get married, have kids (legally), smoke, buy a house, be an adult, and go to war.....

but you can not drink untill you are 21.

I think if we didn't have a drinking age...or atlest just a crazy one...there wouldn't be as many problems with drinking.

I had my first drink at 19, so I dont see the big reason for pushing it back to 21. So I say 18.

18. people are going to drink whether you like it or not...and if you think about it, it's kind of safer at 18. By making it 21 people are going to want to drink more, and are going to be sneakier about it.

Either the age for adult hood needs to be pushed back or the drinking age needs to be brogh forward.  The difference makes no sense to me.

18 all the way. I think 21 is just ridiculous. 21!! That is SO old to start drinking. I don't really understand how you can drink responsibly if you never have until 21- its all around you even before 21 anyway. To me 18 seems like the perfect age, it ties in with all adult responsibilities and i think people might actually wait till they're 18 because its less of a distance from when they want to start to drink, if that makes any sense at all (i'm ill, i'm allowed to be incoherant!).

Tough one.
21 might be a little bit older.
I guess 18 is alright, though no drinking is the best. ;)

exactly. and i agree with Rosie. alot of people at my highschool get massively drunk the first time they drink, because they don't know how to control themselves. They don't know how to responsibley drink, and put themselves in really bad positions. i'm not saying all kids are like that, just the ones i know
