Pretty sure it's not German, but it's something close to it. I shall continue playing detective trying figure it out.

Edit - Found it, It's Dutch, shall now work on translating it

Comes out literally as:
Who is she?
Vanessa Carlton realised the levenslicht on 16 augusts 1980.
Three year later became its visible. Then her on the piano was take part in Vanessa with song It's a Small
World. An ASTRE became them the A Thousand Miles and Be Not Nobody

Why do we find its sooo cool?
Vanessa do what we eigenfljk would have follow all doere heart. Its wertlende them moved on to New York to will study to the school or
American ballet

When she had wound up its study, savage them all of a sudden no longer further with dancing:
I became this way frightened, that I no more audition could do.Then them.
To its parental huls and she started music carriere with har. Successfully.

And this finds they of it zetf?
That dancing school raakteik mezelf considerably lost. I fell separate and it were really.
I this way only felt myself, exactly or for me Galle nobody. At writing my cd I have retrieved myself. I simply do moestdat, to that I come sit nicely in my vel."
Doesn't make a lot of sense and some of the words are missing as they are too hard to see still, I tried.

WHO IS SHE?

vanessa carlton first saw the light of day on august 16th 1980 in milford
Two years later her talent was already visible , when her mom was playing piano
and vanessa was humming along with : its a small world.
she became a star with the songs , A Thousand Miles and be not nobody(....)

WHY DO WE THINK SHE'S SO COOL?

vanessa does what we should all do: follow our hart
when she was 14 she moved to new york to study at the american school of ballet.
when she finished that up , she suddenly didnt wanted to continue dancing
"i was so affraid i couldnt do any auditions anymore"
which made her move back to her parents house and start her music carriƫre.
with succes.

THIS IS WHAT SHE THINKS OF IT HERSELF.

"i kinda lost myself on that dance school,i fell appart and it was realy hard.
i felt so alone like nobody cared,by writing my cd i found myself again.
i had to do that.. so i could feel good about myself again
