What do you do when you're angry?

I go listen to music or go outside and play lacrosse, throwing the ball around really helps me out.

I've had some anger issues with people, If I get really mad and you piss me off, I can get physical...:?

I've never heard of someone eating chocolate when they are mad...'cept for my friend's bible study teacher....everytime we saw her eating chocolate we knew it wasn't good.
