So in my Economics class today we had a sub & were just talking about random stuff, like in entertainment & stuff. And we were remembering like all these old Nickelodeon shows like remember Are you afraid of the dark? The secret world of Alex Mac? Rocko's Modern Life, Wild & crazy kids, the original All that cast, Pete & Pete, Clarissa explains it all...

Those shows were SO awesome. We were basically like "yeah Nick sucks these days"

Do you guys think they should bring all those old shows back with all of the original cast if everybody was willing to do that? Even if they are older, that would still be kinda cool. Or maybe even if they just showed the reruns.

So yeah, what do you guys think?

Oh & remember Bobby's world, & Goosebumps ? haha good times...

Yes, Are you afraid of the dark kicked ass! I think what happened was they started getting all these new members with like 1 or 2 old ones I think, & then the show just totally disappeared after that. I was like "what happened to the show!?"  :cry:

I get some channel called Nick GAS (games and sports), and it plays a bunch of the old shows, like the gameshows like Legends of the Hidden Temple, GUTS and Wild and Crazy Kids.  I get bored and occasionally watch it.  I also swear I have seen some of the old shows, Clarissa maybe, on some other Digital Cable channel... maybe it was Noggin, I dunno.  I don't watch TV too much.

But hehe, yeah, it would be pretty kewl to see those old shows!  I luved Alex Mack when I was younger, teehee.

It'd be great to see some of the old shows again! It'd definitely bring back good memories!! I remember when I was 7 we finally moved into a house with cable so I could watch it and I was hooked on Nik for like 5 or 6 years!

Oh my side that would rock! Oh wait, I don't have cable anymore...Haha, I don't watch nearly as much TV as I used to, but I think if I could, I'd be checking out some of those...The game shows were cool "What Would You Do" "Double Dare" "Figure it Out" "Wild and Crazy Kids" and that one in the ancient toom or whatever...

The cartoon's were cool too! And I used to be the biggest addict to "All That" I watched it from the begining up until they got the little kids and Britney Spears sister, then it became stupid, and I was getting more and more into SNL...Oh and Clarrisa explains it all was classic! :D

Noggin resurrected some of those old shows like Alex Mack and Clarissa Explains it All.

I watched all the original Nicktoons ( Doug, Rugrats, Rocko, AAH! Real Monsters), Are You Afraid of the Dark, Space Cases, Fifteen, Salute Your Shorts, Hey Dude, and of course, the original All That.

Man, those were the days...I don't know what this garbage is Nick plays nowadays.

Most of those shows were on tv until not long ago! haha, we are so far behind. But Clarissa Explains It All- it took me SO long to realise that was Sabrina! lol, and Alex Mack was pretty wicked aswell. I was so scared of Are You Afraid of The Dark- i couldn't watch it! Yup, i loved those shows.

i use to enjoy watching salute your shorts, alex mack, are you afraid of the dark, hey dude, and all that stuff etc. , those were the good old days..i grew up on them ....it was great..but you people should know by now they don't write them like that anymore.. everything has changed...and on top of that some of those great actors are missing.. *sigh
:( i miss those days..
oh well..atleast the rugrats are still around haha

Actually the rugrats aren't "rugrats" anymore, they are "all grown up" ahh I don't even watch it anymore, I used to be like obsessed with that show! And with Doug! Before it got all weird, I liked the very original one.

And yeah All That with Britney Spears sister sucks now. You know I love Britney & all but the old cast was so much better in my opinion!
