#1. people do date as young as 12 or 13, it's rare, but can happen, and i wouldnt classify it as "gross" lol.

Like Vanessa said... she wasnt in love when she wrote pretty baby, so songwriters can be full of shit. you can write your songs based on other people's expiriences or what you can imagine the expirience being like without going thru them yourself. i've written love songs and ive never been in love!
#3. or, like prettybaby! said, she may not have written the song! She's 13 and a pop star, that could be very likely!
