Yeah, when I just watched it again with close captioning on it said August 6th, but the VJ said the fifth, so someone made a mistake, but it is only one day off, so it isn't like that is a big deal  . I'm not sure what day songs usually go for ads, maybe I should look into that.

yeah, i just sent out an e-mail to the music director at this radio station i listen to asking about if she's gotten the single and when she'll put it on radio. she answered last time.. so i should get a reply soon

SuChin=  Vanessa recorded her sophmore CD this past winter at Geroge Lucas's legandary Sky Walker Ranch.

Vanessa= I think the songs are (uh), more sophistacated, I think the lyrics are better.

SuChin= (Clip of Ordinary Day) Ten tracks made it onto the album which Vanessa herself helped produce, as did Third Eye Blind's Stephan Jenkins, who just happens to be Vanessa's boyfriend.

Vanessa=  We gave it (you know) a couple of weeks to figure out if we were really gonna be able to work together, but (uh), he understands me really well, and he's a great producer.

SuChin= Now, 23 and living in San Francisco, Vanessa was in LA recentally to shoot the video for the first single from the new album.
Directed by Sofhe Miller(yeah i cant spell some things very well, so free free to correct me), the song is called "White Houses" and right now MTV News brings you an exclusive images from the set of the video and an exert from the song boh of which are being seen and heard for the first time right here, right now.

ok so it's a dotted quarter notes on C (5) , then a half note tied to an eight note on the G below C. so that's one measure. then the next is an eight rest, then dotted quarter note above the C you played in the begining, then quarter note E and then D decending  

confusing i know ^^ lol

and that goes to "in these white houses* or whatever she says

i don't know. i've only heard it once. i don't remember hearing any piano when she was singing really... i just figured out the melody to the lyrics

if i had the clip i could figure out the piano part (if there is one)
