actually william, ive found that using athlon components bound to MSI or ATI system boards/video adaptors work amazing with windows once tweaked a little.   Just installing ATI video and not configuring it properly causes disasters ;)  Thats my last error which was probably 6 months ago

Hang onto it. It'll be worth a lot of money to a collector one day. It looks like they gave you the *only* working copy in existence.
