So while I was at my friends house I was sneaky and went into her room armed with a cassette tape and recorded Missy on the radio, hehe.
Missy is so totally funny and said that she HATES what she is wearing in the Scar video. She reckons that she looks like a nanna haha.

The Sound of White is number one again and has gone platinum as well as Scar EP which is number 5 this week 8)

this album is amazing!

however i'm pissed because a song i wrote a few weeks ago sounds a little like one of hers. it's a common progression, though.

but yeah, amazing album. :)

Jess  8)  which song does yours sound similar too?

It was so hal-eri-arse today, I had the radio on thismorning and all of a sudden Scar came on, well Ayden 1 yr old nephew) and I started to dance to it (after I turned it up fully) and he was just sitting in my arms waving his legs about as I sang the lyrics hehe.
Then all of a sudden he was going ahhhhh ahhh. My guess is he was trying to sing along.
It was so cute.
So i went home and got my CD and played Scar all day for him, I think he just likes the start of it because he kept smiling but he can sure tell the difference between Scar and another song.

Last Thursday's paper here had a full A3-size pic with a feature article :D I
wanted to take it to Sydney for Katie - but my dad threw it out lastnight :cry:

Missy won Best Pop release last night at the ARIAs <3
She also sang her terrific song Scar and if you like you can see her acceptance speech, performance and interview of Missy at there Arias here:http://www.take40.com/index.php?session=2fa0a25e0d63b42910ecc009d3133814&linktype=ariaawards

I got to see her in person scurry up the red carpet and I was at the awards show with Aaron so it was totally amazing being there to see her win her 1st award at the arias and perform for the 1st time there.
Shes such an awesome girl <3
