I like it, and I like the lyrics (I actually paid halfyway attention)
But I think I probably like San Fransisco better.

the lyrics, "you say we're too young but many you're too old to remember" seem a tad cheesy...

I'm not too old to remember when I used to eat dirt (as she says) so how can't I remember that? I'd tell people not to eat dirt too but who's to say that's bad?

I think it's a good bet that we'll see Who's To Say as a single...it's probably the most radio-friendly song on there after White Houses. I'm predicting Who's To Say and the second single, Afterglow as third, and San Francisco as fourth (Private Radio seems too short to be a single).

Maybe so but you can't honestly say you've never felt that way. This song hits hard because I've often felt exactly how she does. Not necessarily about love, but my parents have often times told me that what I want won't work out, I don't have the ability, I'm too young, too naive... And I wonder sometimes if they've just forgotten how it feels to be young and optimistic. And the way that line comes together with the music as it builds it's just so beautiful. I'm slowly becoming more and more obsessed with this song.

Who's To Say was my favourite at first but then Annie grew on me and now I'm OCD with Annie.

There's a fine line between optimism and delusion. Just look at the people who audition for American Idol.

So you're saying Nessa's being delusional, then?

No I'm saying it's okay to be optimistic as long as you're realistic as well.
