But Little mary is in Em. The problem is the quality of the record. For example: Ordinary day Tape Demo´s version is in C#, but it´s in C.

 :o
aha. thank you. this means that the tape player was running slightly too fast (or the recorder was running too slow) and so all demo-tape-songs are about 1/2 step higher than nessa originally played them, right?

i transposed little mary a half step down:

and i've done last fall:  :)

none of them
if you speed up your last fall mp3 to 102%, the first version will fit
but as maag mentions it is more likely that the demo-tape-songs are slightly too fast
so you have to decrease the speed of the last fall mp3 to 96% - it will then fit the Amajor version

or maybe the piano is slightly out of tune in the recording.

I would be it's a tape speed thing.  I used to work with little cassette recorders all the time and finding two that play at the same speed is a pain at best.  I finally broke down and bought a player that had tunable speed so I could play it simulaneously with another or replay a performance at the correct speed if the original recorder was a little off.
