After almost 4 years as Sommelier at M.Yogo its time to move on! I asked
my boss tonight about making changes to the business; which would make
it viable for me to continue my valuable contribution to the restaurant with
-out all of the same guidelines I have been expected to work within so far!
With my ambition of working overseas stronger than ever, I can't afford to
wait for an intermediate postition to become available (involving a greater
responsibility than I'm rewarded for now) so I'm making the first move! In
another 5 weeks I hope to be working as Assistant Sommelier at 'Vanitas'!
