exactly, punk-rock would be an appropriate genre to place them in.

God, I hope they don't turn into the Jonas Brothers. That would be horrifying...but also kind of hilarious.

I think I would cry  :cry: ... Then luagh... Then cry more. Anyway the May 5th release date is false, but Warner Brother records said theyll be announceing the correct one soon.

yeah, I have the leaked version...it's apparently a demo, and the album version will sound different. I really like what I'm hearing from the demo, and wonder how they'll change it up for the album. According to this review I read (forget which magazine) 21st Century Breakdown is a massively epic song, musically...comparable to Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody.

Thank you! I think its FANTASTIC! I really like the piano at the begining ang the drums at the midpoint!  The lyrics are also very good!!!! IM EXCITED!!  :D  :D  :D

Know your enemy is now out, the video comes out April 24th haha not the song oops!
Youtube it, they also played a few shows so you can also stmble across other new songs!

Immjst keeping poeple updated... haha not that anyone cares. But anyway Green Day has played a few shows so far in their home town area over in California. VH1 is leaking the whole thing a week early on their website. The alblum comes out May 15 so i believe that next friday. and IN my opinion their first single know your enemy isnt the best, but I was listening to the live stuff on youtube and its alot better, so I have high hopes of the second single. know your enemy is good though, just a bit repeatitive.

The new alblum was dissapointing yes, but lyrically most of it was good I just dont like the arrangements much. However I always have all the old stuff.

OH BY THE WAY Bands that suck dont still have number one hits even after 20 something years of being a band, and bands that suck dont last longer then the beatles who split up after 10 years to pursue solo careers then lenon was shot.
