Hmmm, I've only listened to the first studio session one and wow, her voice sounds so young! I think she was 14 on those from I read.

I was poking around for Summerfest news (most of the concert announcements start flowing in mid-March) and Carrie is going to be at Summerfest

. I don't know if she is doing side or main stage (I'm thinking side, since she is spending most of the summer with Kenny Chesney and he's coming on the 4th), but I am definitely thinking about going, especially if she is doing side stage. I rule side-stage acts because I just get there at Noon to get front row :twisted:.

Damn why can't she come to play somewhere IN L.A. She's only at the Indian casinos around L.A. but that's all at least 2 hours away and the one at Morongo is too friggin expensive. $75 or $125 for SRO? If I'm going to pay $125 she better be performing on my lap! :mrgreen:

I do want to see her pretty bad man....maybe I will make the trip.
I love her album man...I never thought I would but it has not left my CD player yet lol

So I saw Carrie tonight. I have to say that Kelly Clarkson was so much more fun in concert who we saw at the same place & seemed more into the crowd, but Carrie was pretty good. She sounds amazing live & is so pretty. She sang a couple Guns & Roses songs too, 1 was "sweet child of mine" I think, which rocked.

I have video of "some hearts" which was the 2nd to last song, sorry for the crappy quality & the guy in my way lol thankgod he didnt stand up during the whole concert! you can see a couple pics here too, we were on the floor & they still arent that great cuz the lighting really sucked but here ya go. http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v234/musiclover8603/?sc=1&multi=1&addtype=local&media=image

Oh yea & me & my friend & some other people who came after us, found the backstage area where band members came out of & stuff & waited for about an hour in the freezing cold, but no Carrie :cry: we met her backup singer tho lol she was soo sweet.

We were kinda disappointed & I felt so bad cuz a mom & young girl were more upset than we were, everyone finally gave up after an hour or so :-( I understand, but it still kinda sucked cuz it was FREEZING. oh well.
