Out of curiousity does anyone know who the inspiration behind Who's to Say is? Or is this Nessa's version of "You're so vain"?

Anyhow, before Who's To Say started, her mother had this awful face on and Vanessa gave her a mean glare (which at first I thought was meant for me, being the self centered person I am)....

I apologize.  I was using the effect that song had on the overly curious minds of America not the song itself.  There is a major difference between Carly Simon and Nessa, the former is an artist.

That's interesting. Makes me think Who's To Say is probably autobiographical in some way.
