Aww I hope it's not her. I would rather see Lisa go even though I liked her performance the other night. It'll be a tough one.

And whoa, Chris rocked again tonight! He's definitely my favorite now after Taylor. What was up with Kevin's performance tho? Starry Starry night? lol I had to change the channel.

Overall, my favorites are Chris, Taylor & Mandisa. I'm starting to like Melissa & Katharine more each week to so we'll see. What about you guys? Btw, Chris got offered a part as the lead singer in the band Fuel...

anyway, I love Chris... definately my fav.
I can't stand Taylor, I tried to give him a fair shot
but he just bothers the CRAP outta me.  Can't take it.
There's a bunch of others I really can't stand either....
oh well... I'm still hooked.  Rootin' for Chris.

I don't watch American Idol... ever.
However last night I turned on the TV and it was still on FOX from the last time I had it on and I heard "Broken"(by Seether & Amy Lee) and made me go o_O So I listened to him do the entire song and the dude did a really good job on it. And then Simon bitchslapped him because the show is "American Idol" and he wants pop music instead and said "Broken" was boring to him. pft, the dude actually had potential of being a good lil rockstar.
But like I said, I dont watch the show. *shrug*

haha don't mind Simon, he was an ass the whole week. I think he usually likes Chris.

And you should've seen his Fuel performance last week. I'll try & find a clip of it if you want cuz that was what made Fuel offer him the part. He sang "Hemorrhage (In My Hands)".

it went how I thought it would. I'm sad Ayla is gone but I expected it.

I'm tired of Chris and I don't know what he'll do on showtunes week. He can only do the same kind of songs.

I think Katharine has a shot to win but I think Taylor will probably win.

My favorites made it into the top 12. I really like Paris and Taylor.

BWilli, Will Makar, Gedeon, Aila (basketball player), and Kaneek (I think? I didn't watch the girls) didn't move on to the top 12.

Ayla was voted off!!!!!! I still can't believe it. When I saw it was down to her and Melissa (and even though I do like Melissa!), I was like "ok, Melissa's gone" and then I was wrong.
Wow wow, this IS a shocker...
So that leaves, in order for me, Katharine, Kellie and Melissa as my favorites.
I just have a feeling about Katharine, I don't know, not the best singer in the competition as I said before but I sense a "thing" in her.
As for the guys, no surprise there, I'm glad Bucky made it against Gedeon.
But y'all know I'm a ladies' man so...:P

I think Chris will do fine, they've had rockers in the competition before. And I'm surprised to hear you say that about Taylor. I hope him, Mandisa or Chris wins. I'm sad about Gedeon leaving though, especially since his dad just died before the semi-finals...gotta be hard  :cry:

Of all the guys Ace probably has the best voice but I don't think he's popular enough to win it all since AI is basically a popularity contest.

My final 4 is Taylor, Katharine, Kellie and Elliott in that order. I think Taylor will kill everybody on Stevie Wonder Night.

If this is a popularity contest, Kellie is gonna win. AI wants her to & I have a feeling she will, as much as I hate to say it. Hope I'm wrong.

Hmm I have 3 favorites, but for the final 4 I think i'll add Katharine in there cuz I like her also.

She's popular but I don't think her popularity will be enough because her voice isn't strong like Carrie. Her popularity will probably carry her into the top 4 but I think Taylor will take it because he's popular and can really sing and chooses songs that fit his voice. I think Katharine will be 2nd and could win because she has a great voice and could become popular as the show goes on. I've already seen her take a little bit from Kellie in the likability department. I guess living with her is helping her to be more cute.

Anyway, I'm very sad Melissa is gone, it's just not fair: she forgot the lyrics, so what? that doesn't make her a bad performer.
Out of the bottom 3 this week, I thought Ace was gonna go, he's not that good in my opinion but I guess his good looks keeps him in the competition.

The reason Melissa got voted off in my opinion was because of the lack of exposure. I mean, notice how KEVIN is still there. And I know you all love Kellie, but her ditzy act is getting sooo tiresome to watch. I could tell the judges were getting tired of it the night she performed too, even Ryan. I mean nobody can be that dumb, I don't care where your from.

I agree with you about Ace. I don't really dig his voice. He's definitely cute tho, I have to admit it lol.

Btw, did you guys see the Ace sign telling him to give her a hug for her birthday in the beginning? That was my friend Jennah I know from a Paula board I go to  :) she won tickets through a celeb. charity auction I was like "I know her!" haha
